ski! The loading ramp is just across the street. Ramp fee is $3. 
No boat? Thats okay. You can wade out on the point
with your rod and reel and try your luck.
Be sure and talk to some of the locals as they are always
willing to share the knowledge of what lures or bait
work best.

Feeling a bit more adventuresome?
Another short and scenic drive from Llano, west on Hwy. 152 is
Castell, Texas. Once there, slow down and stop at The Castell General Store.
On Fridays, Mexican food is on the menu from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
On Saturdays you will enjoy some of the best barbecue you have ever tasted.
Beef brisket, pork tenderloin, link sausage, and grilled chicken.
Live entertainment too! Visit with Randy,
the owner, and listen to big and tall tales and meet the famous rooster, Cockaroo! Randy
and Cockaroo have starred together on Dallas/Fort Worths WFAA television in recent
months past.

Bass the singing fish! You gotta see it to believe it! You can call ahead to check on the
barbecue. Reserve a kayak or two for a little adventure on the
